"I have been a State Farm customer since moving to VA in 1992 and with Tim Duray since he took over the business and have never had any issues. My husband and I were recently in an accident where we were T-boned by an uninsured drunk driver who ran a stop sign and while dealing with the call center/corporate aspect of State Farm has been less than enjoyable the staff in Tim’s office, namely Michelle Patrick, has more than made up for that. While the assigned claim reviewer had no sense of urgency Michelle hopped on the phone and lit a fire and hit the ball rolling. It was late in the day the first day I spoke to her and she had indicated she was going to call the claim reviewer first thing next day…Tim’s office opens at 9am and I called at 9:03am to tell Michelle something and she was already on the phone with the reviewer. Since placing the call to her, things got moving and I can’t say thank you enough to her, and the entire office, for the small town service in this day and age. And as an added bonus, Tim has been friend to me and my husband practically from our first meeting."
