"Thanks to you Tim Duray, your office personnel and the assigned State Farm claims person. This procedure was painless and fast. Having received damage to one’s vehicle is a little unnerving. Once we contacted State Farm, the office stepped into motion. The State Farm claims agent gave us a call, explained they have several shops that are prequalified, meeting their requirements. I was asked to choose the shop of our preference. Once we picked the shop, the ball was on the move. The body shop called, and set up an appointment at our convenience. They inspected the car, told us what all was going to be required for the repair, and how much the insurance was going to pay, and how long it was going to take. They took pictures of all the damages. As soon as approval from us and State Farm was given, they started the repair process. Mastercraft Auto Body kept us informed during the repair process. Once repairs were completed, they finished days ahead of schedule, they called to see if we could pick up the car. The repairs were completed, and they washed and vacuumed the car. Using State Farm and Mastercraft Auto Body was 5 star. Thanks to you all for the personal touch and a very pleasurable experience."
